QuesVR provides an innovative virtual reality (VR) platform designed to offer educational and training experiences through interactive scenarios influenced by user responses to multiple choice questions. By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you are not permitted to use the App.

2. Permitted Use of the App

You are authorized to use the App solely in accordance with these Terms and any applicable terms set by the VR platforms (such as Meta Oculus, Pico VR, etc.) on which the App is available. All behaviors prohibited by the VR platform provider are also prohibited when using our App. You must not misuse the App or use it for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

3. Content Management

The content within the App can pre-defined and provided by QuesVR and its partners. Users are permitted to create, upload, but not modify content within the App. Each scenario within the App is specifically designed to support the intended learning and training outcomes.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

QuesVR, its licensors, or content providers own all intellectual property rights in the App, except for any third-party content included or uploaded within the App or uploaded to the App. Unauthorized use, copying, modifying, distributing, selling, or leasing any part of our services, software, or the content provided within the App is strictly prohibited. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software, except to the extent that applicable laws specifically allow such activities despite this limitation.

6. Disclaimers and No Warranties

We do not warrant that the App or its functions will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App is free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuesVR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the App; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the App.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms, the parties shall attempt, promptly and in good faith, to resolve any such dispute. If we are unable to resolve any such dispute within a reasonable time (not to exceed thirty (30) days), then either party may submit such controversy or dispute to mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, then the parties shall be free to pursue any right or remedy available to them under applicable law.

9. Modifications to Terms

QuesVR reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our discretion. When we make changes, we will post the revised Terms on our website and update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and QuesVR regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
